Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is now a state-of-the-art healthcare facility thanks to donors like you. We hope you share a sense of pride with all those who were involved from the beginning and remain committed to ensuring that world-class community healthcare is accessible to everyone in our community. Now is the opportunity to take a leadership role in transforming our hospital, the first and arguably most important place we turn to for our healthcare needs.

June and Ian Cockwell and their family have a long and generous history in our community of supporting philanthropic needs, including numerous successful matching gifts for the Oakville Hospital Foundation.

This year, our goal and theirs is to inspire donors to elevate their giving sights by offering to match donations and pledge commitments made in 2019.

How the 2019 Match Works

Pledges of $25,000 or more from current and past campaign donors will be matched as follows:

Gift Amount Match Percentage
$25,000 to $49,999 25% match
$50,000 to $74,999 50% match
$75,000 to $99,999 75% match
$100,000 100% match

Individual gifts will be matched to a maximum of $100,000. Gifts will be matched until the available matching funds reach the match amount of $1.4 million. Donors will be recognized on the Donor Wall for their donation amount and the match amount.
